Last updated 17 October 2026
Chalo Mela (chalomela.com) is run by Tueseon Technologies. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo. We never see your Google password.
- What you give us: mobile number, business details, exhibition listings, product photos, applications and payment proofs.
- Exhibitor records: stock, sales and expenses you record for your stall.
- Location: only if you allow it, to show nearby exhibitions. We do not store your location.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and basic logs for security.
How we use it
- To run your account and show you as an organiser or exhibitor where you have chosen to.
- To process stall applications and bookings between organisers and exhibitors.
- To send messages you need (application updates, booking confirmations) and reminders you opt into.
- To prevent fraud, check listings and handle reports.
Who can see what
- Visitors can see published exhibitions, organiser business details and the business name of confirmed exhibitors.
- An organiser sees the applications and bookings for their own exhibitions.
- Your sales, stock, expenses and customer contacts are visible only to you. Organisers cannot see them.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase for the database and files, Netlify for the website), who process it on our behalf under their security terms.
Your choices
- Edit your name, phone and roles on your Account page.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing info@tueseon.com.
