These terms apply to chalomela.com, run by Tueseon Technologies. By using Chalo Mela you agree to them.
What Chalo Mela does
Chalo Mela is a listing and booking platform. It connects exhibition organisers, exhibitors who rent stalls, and visitors. Each exhibition is run by its organiser, not by Chalo Mela.
Organisers
- Listings must be accurate: dates, venue, entry fee, stall prices and what each stall includes.
- Footfall numbers you give are shown as your estimate.
- Keep listings up to date, and mark changes, postponements and cancellations promptly.
- You are responsible for your exhibition, its permissions, and refunds under the cancellation terms you publish.
Exhibitors
- Describe your products honestly in applications.
- A booking is confirmed only when the organiser confirms it on Chalo Mela.
- Profit figures are estimates based on what you record.
Payments
In this version, stall payments are made directly between exhibitor and organiser (for example by UPI). Chalo Mela records the payment status but does not hold or transfer money.
Listings and reports
We review listings and may refuse or remove any that look duplicated, misleading or out of date. Anyone can report a problem from the Report a problem page.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Liability
Chalo Mela is provided as is. We are not responsible for losses arising from an exhibition, an organiser's or exhibitor's conduct, or sales results.
